Kavalan Sherry Oak 700ml

Kavalan Sherry Oak dilutes Solist Sherry with Kavalan spring water to 46% strength. It is easy to drink and could be a perfect malt whisky to share with friends and family on most occasions. It is clean and complex with multiple layers of dried fruit, nuttiness and spices with some marzipan and vanilla touches to it.

Nose: An intense sherry nose, This is a balanced, smooth, integrated, powerful, rich, and flavoursome dry sherry bomb that projects hues of barley that glisten through the intricately woven oak notes.

Taste: Balsamic notes alongside strawberries, black cherries and rum and raisins. Bananas flambéed. Prunes and blackberries. Big spices (cloves, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon bark). Dark chocolate, coffee and whiffs of menthol.

Finish: Long, dry, oaky, with bitter chocolate and herbs.

ABV: 46%
